I have tried several calcium supplements in the past and this one is by far my favorite. No tummy issues and easy to take. Thank you for suggesting these to me! I also love that they can be sent directly to my door on auto-send. So much easier than me remembering to pick them up at the store!

I have tried many calcium supplements but they all upset my stomach and give me constipation (except for the liquid calcium, but it is full of carbs). These give me no problems at all - they are easy to swallow and easily digested. I've never had my bone density tested so I can't comment on that.

Following the shattering of my L1 vertebra in 2011 and subsequent surgery, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I began taking Bone Essentials faithfully, and have continued to do so for several years. My most recent bone density test showed no evidence of osteoporosis or osteopenia. I am elated and will definitely continue my daily intake of Bone Essentials!

I’m small stature & thin so am proactive against bone loss. Took coral calcium + vitamin D for years. Unfortunately, DEXA scan showed osteopenia. I switched to Cardiotabs Bone Essentials 6 months ago & have noticed a marked change in my fingernails & skin. I’m excited to get my next DEXA scan in a couple of months. I don’t always get to take 4 tabs in a day though (at least 3 tabs). Would be great if the dosage was 3 tabs rather than 4 a day.

I have taken a variety of calcium supplements in the past. Due to side effects from these products I was not faithful in taking them. So, I decided to try Bone Essentials after hearing a radio ad for the product. I am happy to report that Bone Essentials works for me! I recently fell out of a slick bottom bathtub, and landed flat on my back on a tile floor. Fortunately, I didn't break any bones....was just sore for a few days. I attribute this to the fact that I have been taking bone essentials for several years. This is now my favorite cardiotabs favorite.

After taking calcium tablets for years, my Dr. at the time told me to stop, as it was not being absorbed.
