I have taken this supplement for two weeks and already have noticed a huge benefit. My knees don't hurt after a long run (10+ miles) and I can easily get through a tough plyometric workout without worry. For an active adult this supplement has been very helpful to me and my pursuit of life at my own pace and distance.

My doctor recommended Cardiotabs Curcumin to address the arthritis pain in my hands...especially in cold weather. I've been taking it for about a month now and have found it to be helpful. The tumeric I was taking before I started Cardiotabs Curcumin didn't seem to be nearly as effective. I definitely will continue taking Curcumin.

I learned about Cardiotabs and Theracurmin on Peter Attia's podcast with Dr. O'Keefe. Following a deep dive to learn about the benefits of turmeric curcumin and esp. the bioavailability of Theracumin, I placed a subscription order for delivery every 60 days. The process of signing up and ordering was smooth and easy. The first order arrived within a couple of days. It's to soon to tell if Theracumin is benefiting me, but I'm optimistic. And, really impressed with Cardiotabs. I plan to try other products, e.g., Omega-3 soon.

At first, I didn't notice a difference after taking this for a few days. One day I noticed how much better my body was feeling, and the regular aches and pains had disappeared. I tried to figure out what might have improved my physical health. Then it occurred to me that the curcumin must have done the trick. There was nothing else that I had done differently in my daily regimen. I will continue to take this as long as I feel so wonderful!

We started using curcumin several months ago on the advice of our doctors. Noticeable increase in alertness and decrease in mental fatigue. Also just feel better. Have decreased the use of ibuprofen for joint aches and pains. We would heartily recommend Cardiotabs Turmeric Curcumin.

Over time, I test products (on myself) and determine if they appear to have helped me. Data point of one, I know. But the curcumin for me, if nothing else, has made me feel better... it's hard to do a scientific test on one person.

We have actually been using Cardiotabs products since shortly after the company came into existence. Mostly cardio sterol. My wife cannot take statins thus the use of Cardiotabs has keep cholesterol under control. We started using the Curcumin because she has Parkinson's and pain from a spinal condition. Thus the Curcumin helps her alertness and relieves some of the inflammation related to the spinal problem. We feel that Cardiotabs products are more helpful than the same things from other companies.

Just a normal retired soldier and I don’t believe it. Have been taking Curcumin recommended by my Dr. for mental health. After 5 days I have no more knee pain at all. For two years I have been getting injections in both knees and could only walk up and down stairs one at a time. Now I walk up and down normally. Unreal no pain. Stay tuned on mental health. My husband and I take this curcumin because it helps curb the inflammation in your body. Our joints ache every now and then and that has improved so much after starting on this product every day. If I'm really aching --sometimes when I eat too much sugar :( , I take two a day. As we are getting up there in age (61) we take for brain function and heart health as well. I like that CardioTabs Curcumin is a nanoparticle formulation and that results in a 30 times greater absorption than other brands. If I'm going to spend money on a supplement, I want the MOST absorption I can get from it!

I quit using Curcumin two years ago, from another supplier, and I quit because something didn't seem right about my response. I recently used three months of Curcumin from CardoTabs, and it seems like I have really begun to feel the improvement in knee and toe pain.

I have arthritis in my knee. I just started taking Curcumin 19 days ago. I can already tell a difference in the stiffness in the back of my knee. It is not totally gone away but I do not have to stretch my leg out now before I get up and walk.

I really enjoy the Cardiotabs Omega-3s and bought the Curcumin to complement my Omega-3s to gain more heart health benefits. I think this is way better than the other brand of Tumeric we had been taking.
